In January 2010, the station dropped progressive talk. WCMI is an ESPN radio affiliate. It broadcasts on AM frequency 1340 kHz and is under ownership of Kindred Communications. It is also known by it's tagline ESPN Radio 1340 WCMI-the Tri State Sports Leader.
